Invite the Mayor to an event

Request for the Mayor to attend an event

All requests for the Mayor's attendance at any engagement require the following details to be completed with a minimum notice of 14 days prior to the date of the engagement. Unfortunately any incomplete forms submitted cannot be processed. In the event that the Mayor is unable to attend your engagement due to a prior commitment, the Deputy Mayor will attend on their behalf, subject to their own availability.
