Configurations not listed below are Not Supported but may still operate without problems.

Application Server versions

Ebase can run on any J2EE application server that implements the J2EE 1.1 specification or higher. Ebase does not require EJB support within the Application Server.

Oracle Weblogic

All versions from V7.0 are supported.

IBM WebSphere

All versions from V4 are supported.

Tomcat standalone (with JOTM transaction manager)

All versions from V4 are supported.

Jboss/Tomcat

 All versions from V2.4.4/V3.2.3 are supported.

Oracle Application Server

All versions from 9.0.2 are supported.

Server Java level

Java 7 or above is required. Please note that some application servers are shipped containing a certain Java level and this cannot be changed.

Ebase Designer client configurations

The Ebase Designer is a Java client application that can run on any system that supports Java.

The following are for Windows client systems:

Minimum physical memory:	1GB
Recommended physical memory:	4GB
Minimum screen resolution	1024 x 768
Recommended screen resolution:	As high as possible

Java 7 or above is required.

Browser configurations

The following browser versions are supported. Other browsers may also work without problem, but this is not guaranteed.
